  • Allen “AawwNutz” Carter Pens Deal With UltimateBet

    Monday, January 26th, 2009 by t2admin

Having just taken down the Southern Poker Championship of the World Poker Tour (WPT), professional poker player Allen Carter, better known to the online poker world as “AawwNutz”, has inked a deal with UltimateBet.net

The announcement of Carter’s signing with UltimateBetPoker has not yet declared whether he will be a member of the UltimateBet Star Players Team, or a sponsored pro of the online poker room, destined to represent UltimateBet in live tournaments as well as online poker events.

Allen Carter’s recent accomplishments are highly deserving of the new contract with UltimateBet. He made his skills and presence known to the online poker room back in June of 2008 when he conquered UltimateBet’s signature weekly tournament, the Sunday $200k GTD, pocketing $45,000 for the 1st place win.

Routing the field at the WPT Southern Poker Championship further proved Carter’s exceptional abilities, earning him a massive $1,000,000 for the crown victory. Obvious now that Carter has what it takes to forge a successful career in both live and online poker tournaments, it’s no surprise that UltimateBet.com took the opportunity to pen a deal with Allen “AawwNutz” Carter.

Should Carter end up joining the roster of UltimateBet Start Players, the Texas native will join an extraordinary force to be reckoned with. Current UltimateBet Star Players include online poker phenom James “P0KERPR033” Campbell, Season 1 winner of the ‘Best Damn Poker Show’ Tracy Scala, 17th place finisher and last woman standing at the 2008 WSOP Tiffany Michelle and others.

Whether Carter makes the UltimateBet Star Players Team, or takes on the roll of sponsored pro, one fact remains. If you wish to take on the challenge of Allen Carter, you will find him playing online poker exclusively at UltimateBet, hitting the virtual felts under his usual nickname “AawwNutz”.
